Common questions

Resident FAQ

How do I get login access to the residents area? +

New residents request access with their lot number and email. The board approves it, and you’re in — usually within a day or two.

Where do I find the latest meeting minutes? +

Under Meeting Minutes, sorted by newest first and searchable by date. Financials for each period are attached to the same entry.

Can I pay my HOA dues online? +

Yes — the online payment area lets you pay securely and see your full payment history any time.

Who do I contact about a maintenance or rule question? +

Reach the board through the contact page, or call the club office at (863) 946-1055. Governing documents are posted here so you can check the rules yourself first.
